Herb Crusted Pulled Pork
2-3 lb Pork Shoulder (bone-in or boneless)
1/3 c. water
Rinse and pat pork shoulder dry with paper towels. Rub special spice blend all over the pork shoulder. You should use about half of the spice blend mix. Wrap pork shoulder tightly in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight. Next morning place pork shoulder in slow cooker (be sure to take plastic wrap off). Add water and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Once pork shoulder has cooked use two forks to gently shred the pork shoulder. Enjoy!
