Time to switch up your workouts by incorporating bands. Specifically, fabric bands that are great because they don't dig into your skin, ride or slip up and are they effective! Embrace the burn baby! Today we went through a quick band routine using the wider fabric bands. We reviewed Banded Squats, Banded Side Steps and Banded Hip Raises. The muscle groups we focused on where Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes (oh the glutes!), hips and indirectly abdominals. Let me know what you think of the workout.
